About us
Founded in 2024 from a passion for property, Kennedy Prime Properties is a family-run property investment business focused on sustainability, financial freedom and generational wealth. After living in the Middle East, Justin and Emma returned to the UK, bringing with them a wealth of international experience. Justin, a Chartered Instrument Engineering Manager with 25 years of industry experience, holds an ITOL Level 6 qualification in property investment and continues to expand his expertise through the Property Investment Academy (PIA). Emma brings 11 years of teaching experience and business acumen from owning a children’s clothing shop. Together, they seek to partner with like-minded individuals, who share their values, to build strong relationships secured through transparent legal contracts.
